19 July Update
After 19 July, you will still need to bring a face covering with you.
These will be compulsory when in areas where you may be in close proximity to other audience members: in queues, visiting the loos or on the move around the event.
They are not required when you are seated to watch the film.
Audiences will remain distanced this summer.

Being outside, Moonlight Flicks can be affected by the weather. Our advice is to come as prepared as possible – with warm jumpers and umbrellas just in case.
If there’s some light drizzle which is forecast to pass, we will proceed, but torrential or stormy weather may mean we have to cancel the screening. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you via the email address you booked with ahead of the screening start time. Because the weather can change so quickly, this decision will not be made earlier in the day – even a miserable day can turn into a balmy evening!
Please also be aware: there are midges and occasionally other insects in Deans Field, we advise bringing insect repellent and covering exposed skin.
If your screening is cancelled, you will be emailed a form to let us know if you would like to exchange to a different screening, or to get a refund. You do not need to contact us.
Refunds will only be offered in the event that the screening is cancelled.
