19 July Update
After 19 July, you will still need to bring a face covering with you.
These will be compulsory when in areas where you may be in close proximity to other audience members: in queues, visiting the loos or on the move around the event.
They are not required when you are seated to watch the film.
Audiences will remain distanced this summer.
How To Find Us
Moonlight Flicks at Claremont Farm is located at:
Old Clatterbridge Road
Please use the postcode CH63 4JB. The onsite car park is free to all Moonlight Flicks customers during the events.
Being outside, Moonlight Flicks can be affected by the weather. Our advice is to come as prepared as possible – with warm jumpers and umbrellas just in case.
If there’s some light drizzle which is forecast to pass, we will proceed, but torrential or stormy weather may mean we have to cancel the screening. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you via the email address you booked with ahead of the screening start time.
Because the weather can change so quickly, this decision will not be made earlier in the day – even a miserable day can turn into a balmy evening!
If your screening is cancelled, you will be emailed a form to let us know if you would like to exchange to a different screening, or to get a refund. You do not need to contact us.
Refunds will only be offered in the event that the screening is cancelled.
How will it work on the night?
When should I arrive?
The doors open 90 minutes before the film start time, and there will be live acoustic music by the fire pits to enjoy for an hour before the film starts.
Tickets are strictly limited per screening and only ticket-holders will be able to enter the Moonlight Flicks site at Claremont Farm.
Do I need to bring my own chairs?
If you’ve booked VIP tickets, we’ll have your seats all set up for you with the very best views, for when you arrive.
If you have booked a Standard Ticket, you will need to bring your own seats with you – deck chairs, and camping chairs are perfect.
When will the film start?
To ensure it is dark enough for everyone to see the screen, film times can change. The advertised start times is the earliest possible time the film will start – the latest will be 20 minutes later.
How will I hear the film?
To ensure maximum sound quality and a totally immersive experience, all screenings use personal headphones. Customers are welcome to bring their own headphones with them to plug in. Don’t worry if you don’t have your own – we will have enough for everyone.
Can I bring my own food & drink?
Food and drinks will available to buy, with hot food options and a full bar. You are not permitted to bring your own food and drinks onto this site.
