How will it work on the night?

Do I need to bring my own chairs?

If you have booked a Standard Ticket, you will need to bring your own seats with you – deck chairs, and camping chairs are perfect.

If you’ve booked VIP tickets, we’ll have your seats all set up for you with the very best views, for when you arrive.

When should I arrive?

Doors will open 90 minutes before the film start time.

Tickets are strictly limited per screening and only ticket-holders will be able to enter the Moonlight Flicks site.

When will the film start?

To ensure it is dark enough for everyone to see the screen, film times can change. The advertised start times is the earliest possible time the film will start – the latest will be 20 minutes later.

How will I hear the film?

To ensure maximum sound quality and a totally immersive experience, all screenings use personal headphones. Customers are welcome to bring their own headphones with them to plug in. Don’t worry if you don’t have your own – we will have enough for everyone.

Can I bring my own food & drink?

You won’t be able to bring your  own food & drink. There will be hot food (including vegan options) available to buy on the night as well as a full bar serving mulled wine and other alcoholic and soft drinks.

What about the weather?

Being outside, Moonlight Flicks can be affected by the weather. Our advice is to come as prepared as possible: warm jumpers and raincoats, blankets and even sleeping bags will keep you extra cosy!

If there’s some light drizzle which is forecast to pass, we will proceed, but torrential winds may mean we have to cancel the screening. If we do that we will contact you right away by email and you will be able to choose a refund or exchange. Refunds will only be offered in the event that the screening is cancelled.

Are there toilets?

There will be an accessible portaloo on site.
